Your afternoon begins with a welcome drink from the local legends at Brouhaha Brewery before you soak in the rainforest surrounds and watch the smoker in action. Learn the secrets behind the art of low and slow cooking as the aromas of authentic barbecue fill the air.
Then, head indoors for a vibrant banquet style feast featuring a masterful fusion of Southeast Asian flavours and classic American barbecue. Each course will be perfectly paired with Brouhaha’s finest brews.
