Get ready to embark on a tantalising journey of flavours as we farewell summer with our Summer Seafood Soiree—an extraordinary culinary escapade where the ocean’s bounty meets the brilliance of The Tamarind’s Executive Chef Dan Jarrett’s creations.

Inspired by Thai cuisine luminary Kasma Loha-unchit, Jarett has curated a four-course banquet-style menu in homage to her influential books “It Rains Fishes” and “Dancing Shrimp”.

Each dish will be expertly paired with delicate summer-inspired wines chosen by Travis from Joval Wines to elevate your dining experience.
